Section Header Row is Not Aligned Correctly

In one of the PowerSchool 21.11 releases a header row was added to the PowerTeacher home page. Teachers who are enabled to send messages will have 2 buttons added to each section row for quick access to send a message to a specific section. If you are looking at the section list and see that the headers don't match the buttons there are 2 possibilities.

1. The BrightArrow plugin is too old

The correction to add the header row labels to match the visual was added in Base 2 version 9.0.0. If you don't see 2 headers that say "Message Students" and "Message Parents" at the top then the plugin is likely too old. Request an update from your PowerSchool administrator or let us know and we will work with your school to update you.

2. Other items were added to PowerTeacher that haven't been corrected yet

If you see the Message Students and Message Parents headers it's still possible things are misaligned if something else was added to each row by another customization or another plugin and the corresponding header hasn't been made yet. On that we likely can't help (though feel free to ask, some of us have made a lot of customizations that schools use and maybe we need to update one of our non-BrightArrow plugins). For this you'll want to have your PowerSchool administrator look into a solution.
