How to Merge Parent/Teacher Accounts
If a teacher has created a parent account and needs to merge them together, they can fix this in their User Settings. Teachers can combine the two accounts themselves if they have both an email teacher login plus a parent phone login. Here are the steps:
(1) The teacher goes to the main BrightArrow dashboard from PowerSchool
(2) Using the green "hamburger" menu on the top left, click "User Settings"
(3) In the User Settings page, they fill in the Phone field by clicking on the pencil on the right edge of that field
(4) Once their phone number is in there, it automatically combines their email login with their phone login (don't worry about the phone formatting -- it cleans it up for them).
