About ParentHub

ParentHub by BrightArrow is our recipient application allowing you to receive messages via app push and review messages sent to you via voice (phone calls), text messages and emails. If your organization has purchased BrightChat you can also use ParentHub to view and send instant messages to designated staff. 

How do I create my account?

To create your account you're going to use the phone number your organization has on file. For directions see the article Create a ParentHub Account
