About ParentHub
ParentHub by BrightArrow is our all-in-one sender and recipient application. BrightArrow users can use the application for creating, sending, and viewing messages. Recipients can use the application to receive messages via app push and review messages sent to you via voice (phone calls), text messages and emails. If your organization has purchased BrightChat, you can also use ParentHub to view and send instant messages between designated staff and families.
How do I create my account?
To create your account, you're going to use the phone number or email address your organization has on file. For directions see the article Create a ParentHub Account. Staff members/message senders will login using the same login credentials that they use to login to the web version of BrightArrow. Parents/contacts/message recipients will need to create an account using the phone number or email address that the organization/school has on file.
Downloading the app
With your mobile device, go to the App Store or Play Store and search "BrightArrow ParentHub" to install the app on your device.

Once you've installed the app, it will appear on your device as a white icon with the BrightArrow logo in it:
