Can I get messages in a language other than English?

By default our system sends messages in english. But we know that not everyone is comfortable reading messages in english so we have provided a way for you to change your language. Here are the steps to change your language if you choose to.

  1. Log into ParentHub
  2. Click on the Menu at the bottom
  3. From the Menu click on Settings
  4. Next click on Language Preferences
  5. You will see your current language selected in the drop down. Change it to any of the languages in the list
  6. Click Save
  7. You will receive a confirmation saying that your changes have been saved
