Logging into ParentHub
Logging into ParentHub is meant to be very simple. BrightArrow users (message senders) will login with their existing BrightArrow credentials. Parents and students will use the "sign up" option to create their account.
Downloading the app
With your mobile device, go to the App Store or Play Store and search "BrightArrow ParentHub" to install the app on your device.

Once you've installed the app, it will appear on your device as a white icon with the BrightArrow logo in it:

Logging in to ParentHub
Step 1: Click on the Parent / Student Login or the Staff / Faculty Login button that best pertains to you.
- Staff members like administrators and teachers will use the Staff / Faculty Login option and enter their BrightArrow login credentials.
- Staff members who are also parents should login using the Staff / Faculty Login option and enter their BrightArrow login credentials. See here for help adding your personal phones/emails to ParentHub so that you see the messages for your children in the same account.
- Parents and students (message recipients) should login using the Parent / Student Login option and click the "Sign up" button on the main page to get started. Your login should be an email address or phone number that the school has on file for you. See here for help adding additional phone numbers and/or email addresses so that you don't miss any messages from the school.

Step 2: Enter your email address or mobile phone number and password, then click Sign In. If you don't know your BrightArrow password, use the "forgot password" link to reset it.
- For staff members / message senders, if you need help finding your login name you can find that in BrightArrow > Menu > User Settings or contact our support for help.
