How to Enable BrightChat in PowerSchool
If your organization has a BrightChat subscription, you can enable the feature for the District Office and/or individual school buildings.
- Login to PowerSchool as District Office
- Navigate to System Management > Data > BrightArrow Settings
- On the BrightArrow Settings page, click the tiny arrow above "Staff Contacts" to open Additional Admin Options
- In the BrightChat column, use the drop-down boxes for the district and/or school to enable/disable BrightChat accordingly
- When you're finished making changes on the page, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save them.
