How do I change my password?
Initially you are assigned login credentials to get into your account. Some people have a single sign on process that prevents them from needing to manually log in, but others need to enter a username and password each time. Those passwords are just what someone started you at, but what if you want to change it?
Changing your password
- Go up to the menu and select User Accounts from the drop down
- Most people will see the following screen, if you don't skip to 3
- Enter your new password in the box labeled New Password
- If prompted enter your old password in the box labeled Prior Password
- Click OK
- If you don't see the previous screen you should see a screen similar to thisThe top row is the account you logged into, click on the name, login or pencil in that row
- This is a group account. Others log in as members of the group but if you see this you are logging in as the group itself.
- Change the Password field
- Click OK at the bottom to save your change
Can we force passwords to change?
Yes. Contact support and we can set up your account so passwords have to be changed the first time people log in.
My account has single sign on through Google/Microsoft, can I change my password here?
No, you can not change your Google or Microsoft passwords through our interface, you'll need to do that through your organizations interface.
