What is the Attendance (sync) List?

For Blackbaud Education Management Solutions users the Attendance (sync) contains daily attendance data that is synced each weekday from Blackbaud using API calls.

Options

• Determine what time(s) of day to load the data from Blackbaud
  • This can be different for different schools
• Load only the codes you want such as Unexcused Absence or Unexcused Tardy
• Automatically load in the parent phone/emails
• Choose if you want to load the data only or if you would like the messages to automatically be sent.
• Since it only loads data for the current date there will not be any messages sent on days where there is no attendance such as weekends, school holidays, summer break.
  • If you take attendance during summer school that can be sent automatically as well or we can delay the process until the school year begins.
