What is SSO?

SSO stands for Single Sign On and refers to the ability to automatically log into one system from another. In this case an icon can be added to the Blackbaud application so that users can click it and automatically be logged into BrightArrow. 

Who can use SSO?

  • Staff/faculty who are authorized to send messages using BrightArrow
  • Parents/staff who want to log into BrightArrow Parent Portal to adjust notification settings and review prior messages

How do we enable SSO?

If you do not have SSO already enabled in Blackbaud please email us at gettechsupport@brightarrow.com and we will work with you to get that configured.
