iOS Account Creation and Deletion
Users can create an account with BrightArrow to receive and send text messages within an Organization. There are various types of account types that can exist within our system.
- Admin Account: Admin account created by us for a school admin through our web interface target.brightarrow.com.
- Teacher Account: Account for teachers/staff for sending/receiving messages and inviting users to a new chat. Admins can create these accounts.
- Parent/Receiver Account: Parents and other users can accept invite from Teachers to be a part of chat. The user can set these accounts up for themselves.
The Admin and Teacher accounts are created by Admin user or School representative and can only be added or deleted by the School Admin in our Web App Admin view.The only account that can be created or deleted as per user's wish is the Parent/Receiver Account. You can choose our “Join Now” button to create a new account with our iOS App.To Delete your Parent/Receiver account go into your Settings Tab -> Delete Account. You will be prompted if you are sure about deleting your account. Once selected, you will be logged out and your account will be deleted.
