Tips for Better Reliability When Emailing Reports

  1. Keep individual student report size to less than 2Mb. Many email services have limits on attachment size. Keeping it under 2Mb/student will result in higher probability that your email is not rejected by the recipient's email provider.
  2. Keep the overall batch file size to 10Mb or less. Currently only files up to 10Mb will be accepted by the target servers. If running the entire high school’s report cards results in a file of 18Mb you’ll want to break it up into multiple batches so that each can be transferred to our server
Note: We are currently in the process of increasing that limitation to 50Mb
