Sending A Message via BrightArrow Mobile

Using our BrightArrow Mobile app, you can send messages easily through your phone in a few clicks. This is especially useful if you're on the go and you need to get a message out to a list (or multiple lists). You'l have the ease of access at your fingertips to select your lists, create your message, and send it.

How to Send a Message on BrightArrow Mobile App

1. Log into your BrightArrow Mobile account on your phone

2. In the "Lists" section, you'll see your "My Lists" page with toggle options

3. Toggle ON the list(s) that you want to send a message to

4. Click "Next" on the top right

4. Then on the "Message Type" section, you'll toggle ON "Create New Message"

5. When the bottom section populates, you'll select whether you want to send email, text, and/or voice

6. You'll also be able to add a "Subject" and see your Selected Lists at the bottom of the screen

7. Click the Next arrow on the top right to proceed to the next screen

8. This is where you'll compose your message. 

• If you have multiple message types, you'll be able to swipe between message types and fill in the messages as you'd like

9. Once you're done composing your message, you can click the "Send" icon on the top right
