I Forgot My Password
Do you have an account but forgot your password? Don't worry, you can reset it fairly easily. This article will show you how to reset your password from the ParentHub app. For those who also use the BrightArrow user interface (website version), changing your password in the app will also change your password in the web version.
- From the login screen click the Forgot Password link.
- Enter your cell phone number or email address that is associated with the account.
- A notification email or text message with a link and a passcode will be sent to you.
- The link should open your browser to a page for you to change your password.
- Username: The account cell phone number or email address.
- Numeric Passcode: the code that was included in the email or text message you received.
- New Password: Whatever you want your new password to be. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 1 number.
- Click Change Password
- Once you've changed your password go back to the login page and login with the phone number or email address associated with the account and the new password you just set.
