How to Change Your Password in ParentHub

If you've forgotten your password there are slightly different steps to changing your password and you can see those on the I forgot my Password page. If you know your password and you just want to change it, you can do that from inside the app. Note that if you also use the BrightArrow web interface, changing your password in ParentHub will also change your password in the web version. 

1. Log into ParentHub
2. Click on the Menu at the bottom
3. From the Menu click on Settings
4. Next click on Change Password
5. Enter your current password in the first box and your desired new password in the next 2 boxes. Passwords should have at least 8 characters and include at least one digit. 
6. Click Submit
7. You will receive a confirmation saying that your changes have been saved.
