Linking Multiple Phone Numbers or Emails to Your ParentHub Account
If you receive BrightArrow messages from more than one organization, you may have a different email address or phone number on file for each organization to use. Rather than having a different ParentHub login for each organization, you can link all of your email and phone numbers to the same ParentHub login. This way you will see all of your messages in the same feed, regardless of which organization sent them to you.
How to link additional emails or phone numbers
- Login to your ParentHub account. If you are a BrightArrow user (sender), login with the Staff / Faculty Login.
- Click the Menu tab, then click Settings > My Phones & Emails.
- You will see the phone numbers and email addresses that are already linked to your account. Click the button to Add Additional Phone or Email.
- Enter your new phone or email address. Click OK.
- A verification code will be sent to you. If you entered a phone number, a text message will be sent. If you entered an email address, an email will be sent. In the app, click Verify next to the new contact information you entered.
- Enter the verification code when prompted. Click OK.
- You will now see the additional contact information listed on the My Phones & Emails page.




How can I remove a phone number or email address from my app?
If you no longer use one of the additional email addresses or phone numbers that are linked to your ParentHub account, simply click Remove next to it.
