Mobile Apps for BrightArrow
For those of you using iPhones or Android phones you may also use BrightArrow via the mobile apps. These apps do not have all of the features present in the web version but will allow you to create new messages to send or send a message you created earlier with the push of a button.
Current Versions
To get the mobile app
- Go to the Google Play store or Apple app store
- Search for BrightArrow Target Mobile
It is important that you spell BrightArrow as a single word or you will not find it.
- The app will show up in the list. If you see more than one option you want the one with a purple logo with an image of a centaur.
- Install the app
- Open the app. You should be asked to enter your username and password.
Note: If you installed the Android BrightArrow Target Mobile app before October 2017, we suggest that you uninstall the current one and install the fresh one. The reason you need to do an uninstall/reinstall is that we had to change some of the underlying IDs, thus preventing it from being an auto-update. Future updates should be more automatic.
