How to Reactivate your ParentHub Account
Did you deactivate your ParentHub account but now need to reactivate it? If you previously took the steps to deactivate your account, you can reactivate it using the same login name you had on the account before.
- Reinstall the ParentHub app if needed
- Tap "Sign Up"
- Choose the account type that best applies to you, either Parent / Student or Staff / Faculty (staff members who are also parents should use Staff / Faculty)
- Enter the phone or email you used for your login before deactivating the account. If you do not know which email or phone number was used, contact your organization or contact us.
- Tap "Get Started"
- A verification code will be sent to the email or phone number you entered. Enter the code and tap "Verify"
- Add your name and create your password
- Your account is now reactivated. Click OK in the pop-up window to proceed with viewing your messages. To make sure you're getting all messages in your account, navigate to Menu > Settings > My Phones & Emails to add your the contact information that your organization has on file for you.
