Creating a Filtered Subset List (linked list) in Revere - Video Demo
Subset lists are filtered lists that contain a subset (i.e. a portion) of the contacts found in another list. The video below demonstrates how to create subset lists in BrightArrow Revere.
Examples:
- You have a list of all students, but you want to create a list for each grade level so you can easily send messages to only one grade level at a time. As long as the grade for each student is captured in the Contact Lists > Edit Contact > Custom Fields section in your existing (source) list, you can create a filtered list for each grade level.
- You have a contact list that contains all contacts that can be messaged by your organization, but you want to create separate lists for various groups based on their address or region. As long as the address or region for each recipient is captured in the Contact Lists > Edit Contact > Custom Fields section in your existing (source) list, you can create the filtered lists based on the address.
