How to Use an Email Template in ParentHub

This document pertains only to applying your existing email templates to messages you're creating in ParentHub. Email templates must be created in the user interface. See here for help creating email templates.

If you have email templates already created, you can apply them to messages you're creating in ParentHub. 

  1. Navigate to the Create & Send tab in ParentHub and select your list(s) to start creating your message
  2. On the "Create" page, tap the three dots above the email body, then tap "Templates."
  3. Tap on the template you want to use. 
  4. You will now see the email body for the template you chose. 
  5. Replace Actual Contents if needed.
    1. Leave unchecked to keep any contents in your email that you already wrote. 
    2. Check the box to overwrite the contents you already wrote.  
  6. Tap "Load into Message" to apply the template. 
  7. Your template is now loaded to your message. Remember to update the header and body of your email as needed.
  8. Click "Next" to proceed through creating and sending your message.
