Message Digests Quick Guide
If your organization sends out multiple messages each day, recipients can inevitably miss some of them. With the Message Digests feature, administrators have the option to send an easily digestible message summary email and/or text to their constituents at a designated time each day. With Digests enabled, message recipients can easily review their messages at once, rather than receiving multiple messages throughout the day. Contacts will still receive voice calls, chats, report emails (like report cards) and emergency messages at the original time they are sent. Other message types, such as attendance or really any other type of message, can be excluded from Digests by simply adding them to the Digest settings.
