ParentHub Staff Directory Quick Guide

Administrators can create a Staff Directory in ParentHub so that your contacts can find the list of staff members easily in the app. Chats can be turned on for the Directory if you wish, allowing users to quickly find and initiate a chat message with staff. As the administrator, you will have the option to turn the Chat function on for all staff or only for those who the contact has access to normally. For example, you may opt to allow parents and students to chat with all staff members, or you may want to limit it so that they can only chat with their respective teachers and coaches. The choice is yours.
