How to Create a ParentHub Account

ParentHub is our all-in-one sender and receiver mobile app. Our system will link you to your data from your organization based on what has previously been sent to you. To get started:

  1. Download the BrightArrow ParentHub application from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
  2. 2. Click on the Sign Up link at the bottom.

    3. Select the type of account you will be using by clicking on Parent / Student or Staff / Faculty. 

    Staff members that are also parents should use the Staff / Faculty option. They can then link their personal email addresses / phone numbers by following the instructions found here

    4. Enter your name and email address or phone number. Also create a password.

    Once your account is created you can log in and view messages.

    The app says I already have an account

    If you already have an account with that phone number or email address, you may receive a message that says you already have an account. If this happens you can log in with your previous account information or use the "Forgot Password" option to have a password change link sent to you.
