How to Create a ParentHub Account

Are you new to ParentHub? Our system will link you to your data from your organization based on what has previously been sent to you. To get started:

"Sender" login (staff members)

  1. Download the BrightArrow ParentHub application from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
  2. All members of your organization such as staff, faculty, teachers, administrators, and other employees, can simply login using the same BrightArrow login credentials that they use to access the web interface.  
  • Tap the Staff / Faculty Login option, then enter your BrightArrow login credentials. 
  • Staff members who are also parents of students, even if the students attend a different district that uses BrightArrow, can link their personal email addresses and/or phone numbers so that they don't miss any BrightArrow notifications. There is no need to have separate ParentHub accounts for staff members who are also parents. See here for more details. 

"Recipient" login (parents and students)

  1. Download the BrightArrow ParentHub application from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
  2. 2. Click on the Sign Up link at the bottom.

    3. Select the type of account you will be using by clicking on Parent / Student. 

    4. Enter your name and email address or phone number. The information you enter here should be the same as the information you provided to the organization. For example, if you gave the school your cell phone number to contact you, that is the phone number you should enter here. 

    5. Also create a password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least one digit. 

    Once your account is created you can log in using the Parent / Student login option and view messages. See here for additional instructions on viewing messages in the ParentHub Feed. 

    The app says I already have an account

    If you already have an account with that phone number or email address, you may receive a message that says you already have an account. If this happens you can log in with your previous account information or use the "Forgot Password" option to have a password change link sent to you. Staff / Faculty members, please note that changing your password within ParentHub will ALSO change your password in the web interface.
