My BrightArrow Reverted to an Old Version
If you logged in to BrightArrow and the interface suddenly looks like it reverted to one of the older versions, there can be a couple of different reasons why that happened.
If you share a login with another administrator at your organization who opted to continue using an older version of BrightArrow, you might login and find the older version. To switch to the latest interface, you can easily do this through the menu. See here for instructions on switching to BrightView.
