I Can't See All My Folders

As a BrightArrow administrator, you likely have access to multiple user's folders on the My Lists page. If you recently created a new user or user group, it is likely due to the My Lists page being filtered. When you (or another user that you share the account with) filters the My Lists page, that filter will be applied until you change it, even after you leave the page or log out. 

To check or change the filter:

  1. Navigate to the My Lists page in BrightView
  2. Click the Choose Users to View button in the upper right
    If you do not have a "Choose Users to View" button, click "View All"
  3. Ensure that all users or user groups that you want to view are selected
    1. Select All Groups - will show group users / folders only
    2. Select All - will show all lists
    3. Unselect All - deselects all users and user groups so you can easily choose just the ones you need to see
  4. Click OK
