Revere Message Center - The All New User Interface

BrightArrow Revere is our brand-new user interface, designed with all BrightArrow users in mind. Revere boasts a more user-friendly message creation tool with streamlined contact selection options compared to any BrightArrow user interface to date! 

While we continue to expand Revere's functionality to encapsulate the entire BrightArrow platform, we wanted to allow users to start using the main functions of the interface through Revere right away. At this time, you can access Revere through the banner on your BrightArrow Central home screen or in your Create Message page to try it out. You can always switch back to the previous user interface (BrightView) easily. We welcome any feedback you have!

How to get to Revere

In BrightView (the current user interface), you will now see a banner across the top of your home page. Click the big purple button to access the new Revere "Message Center." 

Alternatively, you can access the Revere Message Center through the message creation page. In the banner at the top of the page, click the purple button to "Try Revere." Any progress you've already made while creating your new message will be transferred over so you can pick up exactly where you left off. 
Don't worry, you can always get back to the current version of BrightArrow if you don't like the new interface (but we're pretty sure you're going to love it). 

Key features

• Instead of opening to a dashboard like the current interface, Revere reduces the number of clicks you need to take by opening directly to the most widely used tool in BrightArrow, the message creator. Right away you can choose your message types and start creating your message. Then simply choose your contact lists and send. This streamlined, easy to use interface will help you get your important messages out faster and with more confidence compared to any of our previous interfaces.
• Save and share drafts of messages to come back to when you're ready. 
• Personalize your settings to make Revere appear the way you like it. 
• Easily navigate to your contact lists to inspect and edit them as needed. Choose the format that is easiest for you to review your lists. Apply filters to quickly filter out any lists you don't want to see at the time. 
• Use the search option to find the folder for a user/user group instead of scrolling through a long list of users. 
• Easily view all currently sending messages, scheduled messages, and recently sent messages with one click. 
• Need help? Click the question mark in the lower right corner to access our help articles or click the big "contact support" button to find our contact information or submit a ticket. We're always available to assist. 
• If there is anything you can't find in Revere, simply click "Back to Dashboard" to go back to the BrightArrow interface you're used to. While we continue to improve and expand Revere, you'll be able to switch between it and the former user interface as needed.
