Automate Discipline Letters

While we wish it wasn't necessary, detentions and suspensions happen. Most schools notify parents by sending a letter home. We can help automate that process by automatically sending suspension and/or detention emails home. 

What we need to send log based discipline emails:

1. District or a specific school?
2. What time of day to send the message?
3. Suspension, Detention or both?
4. Not all discipline warrants a detention or suspension.
   1. What log value indicates a detention message is needed (likely a consequence value but possibly something else)
   2. What log value indicates a suspension message is needed?
5. Who should get the report after messages are sent? Not required
