How to Reuse a Previously Sent Message
You might want to send the same message or a similar version of it multiple times. There is no need to re-write the full message again and again. Using the "Load Prior Message" option will allow you to load a previously sent or saved message to any list so that you can keep the same formatting, text, and voice recordings that you already created.
Through the "Load Prior Message" feature, you will be able to apply any message that has been sent or saved, as long as you have access to the list it was created in.
- Navigate to your lists in BrightArrow and click on the list you would like to send your message to.
- Click the "Create Message" button.
- Click "Load Prior Message" at the top of the page.
- Select the message you would like to use again. Messages are listed alphabetically by the "Message Name" that was added to them when the message was originally created.
- If you know the name of your message, you can use the search bar to find it easily.
- Use the page selector to see additional messages.
- By default, only messages sent or saved within the past 30 days will show. If you need an older message, click "Load All."
- Once you've found the message you need, click the radio dial next to it.
- After you click on the radio dial for your message, the message details will appear.
- Use the "Preview" button to listen to the voice message and / or send yourself a message preview.
- Click "Load This Message into List" to proceed with using the message.
- Your prior message is now loaded to the message create page. Make any changes as needed, then click "Next" to proceed as usual with sending it.
