How to Find a Contact's User Name for ParentHub
If a contact reaches out to your organization for help with logging in to their ParentHub account, as a staff member you can find their login name in the web version of BrightArrow to assist them in the ParentHub Users report. There you can also find additional data about how many of your contacts are actually using the ParentHub app to view messages.
- In BrightView, navigate to the Reports page
- Click the ParentHub Users tab
- You will see a list of all staff members and constituents who have logged in to the app
- Full Name: The user's name on the ParentHub account
- Username: The name that person uses to login to the app
- Status: Active means they still have the ParentHub account; deactivated means they deactivated their ParentHub account and no longer use it
- Account type: Sender is the staff member who sends BrightArrow messages; Receiver indicates an account to receive messages only
- Platform: The type of device they used to login last
- App Version: The version of the app that they are currently using
- Use the Search Bar to search for a specific user by name, email, or phone number
- Export the report to PDF or CSV for data visualization and reporting
