How to Create an Account (For Receivers)

To ensure that non-senders (like parents) can receive messages with ease and have the ability to access the two-way chatting, you'll want to make sure they set up their account on the BrightArrow app. They will have access to all messages sent and be able to access private/group chats at their fingertips.

How to Create a New Account

  1. Receivers will need to download the "BrightArrow Mobile 2.1" app in the App Store or Google Play Store
  2. They will then click "Sign Up" under the "Don't have an account?" section

   3. Your constituents will then enter their Full Name, phone number, and create a password.    

   4. Then click "Sign Up" and proceed to Log In.

And that's it. Users can now log in and view their BrightChats on the app.
