Weekly Grade Notifications
In order to make sure parents are aware of how their students are doing you may want to automatically email updates of certain situations. Many schools will email parents when a student drops below a certain threshold in a class. You could also send home messages saying a student is doing extremely well in a class. If this sounds like something your school would like to do we can help set that up.
What we need to set up weekly low (or high) grade notifications
- District wide or specific school?
- What day of the week would you like to send them?
- Which store code? Y1, S1, Q1 all overlap so we need to now which you'd like to use
Ex: All Q store codes so Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 where today is in the date range for that code - What is the threshold that triggers the message?
Ex: 1-59% (don't include 0% as it is what everyone has when no assignment has been scored yet)
Ex: F's
Ex: D's and F's - Who should get the report after the messages are sent? Not a requirement.
