Setting up Weekly Low Grade Exports - Filter Method

Minimum version: BrightArrow Base 2 v9.2.1

Schools are constantly trying to find ways to involve parents/guardians with student's progress. Report cards come only a few times a year and they report on the past. Keeping parents informed when there are potential problems helps improve student performance. One way schools can keep parents informed before the report cards is weekly low grades notifications. These notifications tell parents when their student is struggling in a course and can be used to prompt action. There are 2 version, this version is the simpler version that uses the settings from the filter page for simplicity.

Filters

This export will respect the settings from the BrightArrow Settings area. For more information on how to change the settings read How to Change the Weekly Low Grade Filters. Once the export is set up and scheduled all changes other than export time changes can be done from the settings area.
