What information is loaded by BrightArrow from Blackbaud Education Management Solutions?
BrightArrow can retrieve contact information in a variety of ways using Blackbaud Education Management Solutions API (application programming interface) calls. This information is retrieved automatically each night but can also be updated on-demand at any time by using a single menu item.
The BrightArrow system loads in contact information from Education Management Solutions’s demographic fields for students, parents, and staff/faculty. In addition, the system can pull Emergency Contact information associated with the aforementioned contacts as well as attendance data. Different schools use the data in different ways, so it is typically customized to fit the requirements of the school.
This description is not a “list of fields” because the load is much more flexible than just loading fields. It describes what data is loaded based on the database table relationships, limited to the data fields that are available via the Blackbaud Education Management Solutions API.
