Active BrightChats

In the Active BrightChats page, users have access to all their conversations, both group and private, organized by most recently active. You'll have ease of access to all active and closed BrightChats on one window. Whether you need to check on what a parent asked for a few months ago, or if you missed an announcement that you want to review—they will all be stored in one place so you can view them at any time.

This is also the place to reply to existing chats, send a file or report, and even audio messages. ( Note: see BrightChat Features article to review all the actions you can take on this screen)
