BrightChat Features

In a BrightChat, you can send photos, videos, audio messages, and documents like Microsoft Word or PDF files. These can come in handy when you want to share photos with staff, send audio messages to parents, or even share curriculum and lessons with other teachers. BrightChat's multifunctional tools make communication easy with parents and staff.

Your organization’s administrator will have access to the BrightChat Logs. Parents and students are only able to initiate conversations with their teachers, and there is no way for parents and students to reach out to other parents or students. All communication will include a teacher, administrator, or staff member.

It’s important to note that once a message is sent, it cannot be edited or deleted.
