What do the "Call Result" Statuses Indicate?

The BrightArrow Reports page shows information about the delivery status of the messages sent from your organization, but what do the various statuses mean?

  • Complete: Your message sent and was delivered. BrightArrow received feedback confirming that the message was delivered.
  • Sent: Your message sent and was very likely delivered. BrightArrow did not receive immediate feedback confirming that the message was delivered.
    • If you are sending emails from your own domain, BrightArrow will not receive confirmation that email message was delivered. We can only verify that it sent from our servers. Your organization would need to check the "reply to" email to verify that there were no bounce-backs or undeliverable messages.
  • Opened (date/time): Customers who have the status filter enabled to show opened emails may see this status which indicates when the email was opened.
  • Invited: The text message was delivered, along with an "invite" text to prompt the recipient to reply YES to 79041 to receive future text messages.
  • SMS Opted In: The text message was sent and delivered successfully to a phone number that has opted-in to receive text messages by texting YES to 79041.
  • SMS Opted Out: The text message was not delivered because the recipient opted-out from receiving text messages by texting STOP to 79041.
  • SMS Not Opted In: The text message was not delivered because the recipient has not texted YES to 79041 to opt-in.
  • SMS Failed: The text message failed to deliver which could be due to an issue with the phone carrier or the location of the cell phone if there was no cell service at the time of the attempted delivery.
  • Phone not textable: The text message was not delivered because the phone number is a landline or some other number that can't receive texts.
  • Invalid e-mail: There is an error with the email address in how it's entered on the list. Check the email address to make sure it is in a valid format.
  • Error: Undeliverable: The message was not delivered because the phone number or email could not be reached or does not exist.
  • No Answer: BrightArrow tried to send your phone call but no person or voicemail answered. The number of times BrightArrow will attempt to call upon no answer can be adjusted through the List Settings
